Tasks of CuxHafEn GmbH

 Secure proportionate land acquisition and builder functions for:

  • Proportional hydraulic filling of the land to 5.20 m above sea level
  • Dismantling the Hadelner Seebandsdeich
  • Probing for explosive ordinance, and disposal
  • Surface water drainage system (infrastructure)
  • Construct access roads incl. RWL and SWL
  • Infrastructure for water for firefighting
  • Pedestrian and bicycle paths in B-141

 

Work Completed to Date:

  • Archaeological testing of the Hadelner Seebandsdeich

  • Dismantling the Hadelner Seebandsdeich

    • approx. 150,000 m³, 15,000 transports (one way)
    • Time frame: November 9, 2009 – February 3, 2010

  • Proportional Hydraulic Filling
  • Preliminary work (establish filling line, filling dike) started on November 9, 2009
